Why are we publishing a new book today that constitutes a collection of celestial messages revealed to a consecrated laywoman who is absolutely unknown? In actual fact, the revelations contained in this book put us face to face with an absolutely new and surprising level of prophetic enlightenment, which has an enormous spiritual capacity for the Church’s mission and for the spiritual pathway of every man. All of this is in significant contrast with the extreme explanatory sobriety, simplicity and inner balance shown by the author, who has been the addressee and direct witness, for over twenty years, of a prophetic annunciation that objectively exceeds every ordinary human measure. Those of us then, like myself, who experienced the privilege of first getting to know Stefania Caterina many years ago, have undoubtedly been able to grasp her rare inner condition, that the Heavens describe in this book as “integrity in God”, a spiritual threshold that has matured laboriously, also thanks to the knowledgeable accompaniment of capable priests, through a demanding journey of consecration and progressive dispossession of herself, not without trials, including painful ones, all of which she endured with a striking sense of freedom and abandonment. 

In my opinion, all of this constitutes quite a solid guarantee of the author’s personal reliability, in a subject matter that is quite sensitive by nature. As far as the revelations contained in this book are concerned, although they are rigorously articulated within the founding truths of the Christian church, they seem to want to lift up that age-old veil that envelopes the essential questions that have always been present in man’s heart, of whatever religion, race or nation he may be. In fact, they shed a surprising beam of celestial light on that unique and immense plan of love that embraces the whole economy of creation, both on spiritual and material levels, that the wise of the earth have artfully fragmented, projecting their own inner division within it. Reading these pages actually represents a profound experience for the soul, which is progressively illuminated by an extraordinary prophetic grace that is capable of consuming every ambiguous sense of neutrality experienced before the Love that is revealed. 

From what I can grasp, this annunciation goes on to illuminate the founding truths of the public revelation of the church in a new manner, without either adding anything or taking anything away, yet offering a striking and extremely rich expression of them, through a unitary interpretative key that enables us to read the mystery of man and the cosmos with a new found clarity, in the light of God. The Easter mystery of Christ lies at the centre of everything. “The whole of humanity will have to experience the Easter passage experienced by Jesus Christ, uniting itself with his death so as to participate in his resurrection…this will be the great exodus, the passage of the entire universe from death to life, from corruption to the immaculate life of the origin” (chapter 15 “The New Creation”). We believe that these few lines contain the very core of a message with a universal capacity. This is a message that is addressed to every man, believers and non-believers alike, due to the very fact of having been crafted in the image of our Creator. In fact, we are living in a time during which, on the one hand, we can experience the intensification of a stratification of planetary lies that seems to want to drag down all the values of traditional reference, while on the other hand, we can perceive the growth, in the hearts of many, of a new thirst for an incorrupt truth, for pure and gratuitous love, a thirst for freedom from thousands of slaveries, with an intensity that has no equals in past times. 

At the same time, more attentive and sensitive observers will not miss the silence that is multiplied in the most varied environmental and spiritual contexts, of new extraordinary lights of grace, of revelations that are significantly concordant with the contents of this book, evident signs of an extraordinary intervention by God that is taking place in human history. The first among these is the extraordinary presence of the Mother of God in various places around the planet, that have multiplied significantly during the last part of the millennium, and in many cases, these phenomena still continue today. The case of Medjugorje is emblematic, where Mary has been appearing continuously, every day, for almost twentyseven years, drawing millions of pilgrims from all continents, which in many cases then return to their places of origin to become the spiritual yeast of a new way of experiencing faith in Jesus Christ. I have not mentioned Medjugorje by chance, there is a direct link that associates Stefania Caterina’s revelations in this publication, with the prophetic message of the Queen of Peace in Medjugorje, as is referred in this book: ―I (Mary) have come to Medjugorje on the orders of my Lord, for his and my own maternal desire to prepare God’s people for great events that await humanity‖ (chapter 2). Beyond the various suppositions that are often uninterestingly misleading, the contents of these pages therefore also serve to illuminate the true, deeper meaning of the extraordinary presence of the Mother of God in the world of this time, as many people have already sensed, highlighting the characteristic of a native event and a founding annunciation of a much greater plan of grace, destined to assail the whole universe. We are talking about an extraordinary plan of cosmic salvation, which God has foreseen on the horizon, of the fulfilment of that “mystery of His will….to bring all things in Heaven and on earth together under one head, Christ” (Eph 1, 9-10). 

At the same time, through the revelations contained in these writings, it would appear that God strongly wants to call back His Church, understood as the meaning devised by the Vatican Council II of “God’s holy people”, to a radically new level of total and conscious involvement in Christ’s Easter mystery, at the service of the fundamental mission foreseen for it since eternity - to become a living channel of salvation for the whole of creation, “The whole universal Church is involved in the great cosmic exodus that awaits the whole of creation…” (chapter 15 “The New Creation”). What then is this new yet ancient way (think of the first Church described in the Acts of the Apostles) of experiencing faith in Christ, towards which the Heavens seem to be urgently calling us and which is linked with the victorious outcome of the decisive battle that is ongoing, during this era, against the forces of the shadows? First of all, it is a fundamental interior passage, on an individual level and as a consecrated people, a type of adhesion to Christ of a mostly doctrinal and regulatory nature, a journey towards a vital relationship of the soul, an immediate knowledge of the Father, which is intimately interwoven with the flesh and blood of the Risen one and which is only attainable by offering our life totally to Christ, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This is a spiritual passage which is absolutely decisive and capable of transforming our condition from that of simple disciples of a religious creed to true sons and daughters of the Most High. Only to these, in fact, will that “new name” be given (Rev. 2, 17) a name that seals the full realization of our Eucharistic identity in God, a sign of fulfilled and definitive victory over the prince of death and all his acolytes. At this point we may legitimately ask the question: “Why only now? What is the deep meaning of this surprising annunciation given to the today of our history?” Before God’s mercy and his free action, man may reasonably be only granted Job’s answer: “I am unworthy, I put my hand over my mouth” (Job 40,2). 

Nevertheless, the revelations contained in this book seem to outline a clear answer. In fact, we can sense that this is the time in which a judgement is nearing, a judgement that will necessarily have to be pronounced over every man, or better, that every man shall be called to pronounce over himself, choosing or refusing God’s love and Christ’s love. This is an essential passage, that has always been foreseen by the Most High so that the final recapitulation of the whole of creation might come about in Christ. It is a choice that will be made all the more obligatory by the cancellation of every possibility of inner compromise before the intensification of the light given from above. Perhaps this is the profound and dramatically topical meaning of this inconceivable prophetic grace that is being granted to the men of this era. We are profoundly convinced that personal confrontation with the contents of this book constitutes an obligatory passage for every soul who feels more or less consciously called by God’s mystery, with the responsible certainty that, after having read these pages, nothing in the reader’s interior or exterior world will ever be like it was before.
